Across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the Coors Light Líderes Program provides national recognition to Latino leaders, grants to support their nonprofits and continued leadership opportunities through our alumni network.

How to be a Coors Light Líder:

• Demonstrate outstanding leadership in their community
• Work for a nonprofit organization or a leadership volunteer role for a nonprofit
• Drive to make an impact on local community
• Supports a nonprofit program or initiative with a nonprofit proven record to drive change

In 2024, five winners will be selected, and each awarded a $10,000 grant for their nonprofits to fund a community project or program.
